My niece gave this to me awhile back when I first started collecting. I didn't know anything about the wounded eagle or Cheerio's Sac's until I did some research on them.

I know this was heavily circulated and has lots of PMD, but, does anyone else see any indication of the wounded eagle die gouges?

I see what you are saying in the last picture right in the middle maybe a hair to the left in the picture. I still don't think it is . I think our mind wants our eyes to see it

You coin has coin contact (incuse marks) on the surface. (damage)

Incuse/sunk into the coin. (note last image) so it is contact from another coin damaging that area. If it were a die issue, it would have been raised. PSD
