I have graded it as G4, what's your opinion?

I'm not a grading expert, but doesn't look like a G4 to me.

I have it as a nice looking and very key IHC!

I don't know if this would see G4 money from a finicky buyer but I would peg it as a $30 penny when comparing to slabbed auction history in the past 24 months

I would give it a good-4. In my opinion we are looking at an extreme closeup, does it have a few problems..yes, but me thinks its a overall good.

now a bust quarter from your other topic shows up, and the 1869 IHC is gone.lol

G4, likely not original surfaces with some lamination issues.

I'm in the G4 camp, since I think it ekes out full rims. The obverse issues would probably be permitted at that grade - but might take it down to AG3, given the obverse rim smoothness at 12-o'clock.

I do wonder about an old cleaning, especially obverse, but that could just be the photos.

The reason I think G4 is because of the complete rims,
If the rims were incomplete I'd go AG
