My CC got pinged today and status is "in stock and reserved." So they are getting through these much more efficiently than the WP set.

My US Mint shipping date has now moved back to Sep30 from Sep27 - it feels like the WP set all over again...
Goldmart has some more PCGS PR70 RP Buffalo coins in stock (46 at the time of writing this) and at $2,150 each. I'm glad I bought them when they sold them for $1,849!

I was short on cash when graded 70 was at $1850. Now I'm twiddling my thumbs with my mint order. No was I'm paying a $500 premium for a graded coin though!!

Got mine yesterday, lovely coin. Ordered on 8/13, shipped 9/24, a seven-week lag time, which is not bad for a special in-demand coin. It never ceases to amaze me how heavy gold and platinum are in such small sizes, we're so used to the lightweight clad or silver alloyed coins.

Nice looking coins but as I mentioned previously the design does not lend itself well to a reverse proof design.
The least the mint could do for true collectors was go with a type 2 reverse for the reverse proof an the standard type 1 revere for the regular issue.
With the mintage of the standard design at only 1/4 or less of the RP I would almost want to hedge my bets on the standard issue.

Same here, first it was Sep30, now Oct15. And it's going to change again for sure... I can't get rid of the feeling that most dealers hiding some of their stock in anticipation of a price hike in these coins, and esp. PCGS PR70 graded ones (not counting these silly ANA label ones): MCM - none available via their website, 5 on ebayGoldmart - none available APMEX - 2 & 16 with gold foil (at $2,495 each though!) Gainesville Coins - none available Liberty Coin - 7 available ( ebay & website, I assume it's combined stock) There aren't that many available from other ebay sellers either. There are loads of NGC PF70 available though... Does anyone have PCGS & NGC population reports for this coin?

I received my NGC PF 70 coin from Gainsville last week (the delay of 1 week was because I wanted to wait for the silver Bison 1oz (Canadian Wild Life) that I've order and then they said they sold out).
