Don't know if this matters but it's graded by PCI

Well it definitely matters. PCI, although one of the most reliable TPG's outside of the Big 3 is almost as good at grading, just not very consistent. An accurately graded 1935s MS-65 should go in the $150-$160 range. However, when buying PCI graded stuff I tend to pay prices for 1 or 2 grades lower coins. So around $110-$120.
