what is going on between 10 and 12 oclock? Reverse is normal and uninteresting.

Looks like it was headed for a MAJOR Cud.
IMO that whole area was getting ready to fall off the die

it looks like a break--that area appears to be sunk further into the die. Nice find!
Snow has listed several bisecting die breaks for this year/type. But I don't see this one.
