I am a Canadian and have limited knowledge on US coins. Found these in change here in Canada and was looking for opinions The first is a State of Washington quarter which looks like it is doubled all the lettering and George's lips. The dime has what appears to me to be a double chin and the nickel is missing some of the motto, the y in liberty and the last digit of the date. Possibly a strike through.

the quarter looks like MD ( Machine Doubling)
I can't see what you describe on the dime
the nickel looks like it was a Grease Filled Die

Looks like a collar clash on the dime. fairly common to find and no premium for these. Reverse is probably normal. So it might be a MAD. Also no premium for that.

I was wondering more about this raised part under the chin. Have not seen it on other United States dimes.

It may have been a area where the die was over polished to remove a clash or something else. A reduction of the field in that area would leave a raised area there. That is a target area for a clash:

So a polishing might have been done there.

I think the Quarter is Worn Die Doubling,the Nickel is poor CIR over and yes Greaser Y-Lower part of TRUST and what I think is a 7.

The Dime,why or what is under the chin is odd. Without being able to see the Rev I can not say one way or the other.
