I'm curious as to how common lamination errors are in the Victorian Province of Canada Large Cents, and what effect would this type of error have on these coins' values?
The coin in this photo shows a mark on the top of the back of Queen Victoria's neck just below the hairline. It appears to be a lamination error (please correct me if I'm wrong). Would this hurt the value at all, or is it common enough to not have much of an effect?
