Even though they have a significantly lower mintage than other cents, they only carry little, if any, premium. Unless there the ones with the satin finish with carry a premium of a few dollars, but most collectors would probably just buy the mint set with them. Report this Post to the Staff

KenKat Pillar of the Community United States 4085 Posts	Posted 01/14/2016 09:27 am I think the errors are collectible and I would also hold onto any uncirculated coins you get your hands on, but I don't save circulated examples that I get in change unless they are pristine which they never are. I have 14 rolls of LP2 Philly mint that I got at the release ceremony in 2009 and have 4 rolls of LP1 that I traded LP2's for as well as a few nice examples of LP3 and LP4 that I acquired through various trades. I also have the 2009 Proof and Uncirculated sets that contain the copper composition cents. My 7070 US Type Set My 7100 Lincoln Cent Set (now with updates!) Report this Post to the Staff
