I can't find any listing for the 1959D RPM -017 that have these die markers. Maybe its another listing? I have looked at a few that are similar just have not found one with these die markers.

Sorry for the confusion. What I meant was, would this be considered a different die state than what is listed on Variety Vista or Coppercoins? For example would this be considered stage D on Variety Vista? Hope the clarification helps gets my original thought across!

The coin looks like a LDS example. Stage numbers usually track events that happen to a die. They usually show die aging, clashes, chips, breaks, die dots, replacement of opposite dies, ETC. Coppercoins shows just EDS-MDS-LSD examples.
