2) looks closer to AU or even MS than to VF, no?

I'm seeing virtually no wear on 2's oak leaves, or on the high points of the king's hair. Still look EF/AU to me...are you using European grading standards?

Yes, I'm from Poland, so only European standards.

Look at this coin from photos and please grade it (I will add later corect grade from seller):

I'd give this 1913 Baden 5 mark coin a grade of AU50, though perhaps it's XF45.

Just to be clear, you're using the grading system of "England" in the following table? http://www.PCGSeurope.com/grading/comparison?l=en

...and here, in Poland, this 5 mark Baden have VF grade (on this coin dealer site).

According to the link in my previous post, Stan 3 would be VF25...I doubt any american dealer would grade this below XF. And even the polish dealer is selling the coin at an XF price level. (400PLN = 102USD)

The coins is graded VZ (which is AU55), and the oak leaves show considerably more wear than mine
