It's always hard to get a good capture through plastic. You'd get a better shot if you took the coin out of the holder. Second, there seems to be a yellowish cast to the picture. That would indicate the white balance isn't quite right for the light you were using. If you can adjust WB just a bit, you can remove that "yellow." BTW...what a great story that quarter could tell...all the pockets and purses, banks and mattresses it has seen. Thanks for sharing. Report this Post to the Staff

My major concern was getting getting close enough and getting detail. I couldn't get that before. That problem is solved. Still learning the camera and the new options in photobucket. I think I used the "quick-fix" tab. That might have given me the yellow cast but increased the contrast.I'll have to check that out too. Thanks Report this Post to the Staff
