You didn't ask for comments...but I'll say just a couple of things. First, your photo is pretty good! It's always hard to get a good capture through plastic. You'd get a better shot if you took the coin out of the holder.

Second, there seems to be a yellowish cast to the picture. That would indicate the white balance isn't quite right for the light you were using. If you can adjust WB just a bit, you can remove that "yellow."

BTW...what a great story that quarter could tell...all the pockets and purses, banks and mattresses it has seen. Thanks for sharing.

Actually I was rushed to take and post the pic.
My major concern was getting getting close enough and getting detail. I couldn't get that before. That problem is solved.
Still learning the camera and the new options in photobucket.

I think I used the "quick-fix" tab. That might have given me the yellow cast but increased the contrast.I'll have to check that out too.
