TNG Bedrock of the Community United States 10284 Posts	Posted 08/27/2017 6:45 pm If you notice chesterb, there probably wasn't many if any graded coins in that lot. I just collected what I liked. I felt obliged reading this, to give an opinion but I am not a very good grader at all. I think I have become finally a bit more conservative though. So I looked at photograde images and think this is probably VF25 at best or that's what I would value one just like it at. Not a big difference in VF to XF prices anyway for this coin. Luckily, they use 1939 dated coins in that range too to compare! https://www.PCGS.com/Photograde/#/Jefferson/Grades Since you are having such fun with these, I am sending you a lightly used Dansco album to put your nickels in.
