Searching all of those new cents and saw this anomaly. The lines through shield are raised and run through the "IBUS." There is a slight shaft also on the lower right of the shield. Tried smooshing to see if it was air bubbles,

Looks like Feeder Finger Damage on the fields of the coin.

Feeder finger damage...like when I eat chips too fast and bite my finger.

I agree with Feeder Finger Damage. It feeds unstruck planchets into the coin press and if out of alignment or damaged, it can scrape against the coin dies and leave gouges. Then, the gouges in the die create raised marks like this on coins it strikes.
