Found this today in a lot of foreign coins purchased on ebay. According to Tokencatalog Mr. Oswald ran a saloon in Kansas City in the early 1900's.  |

From the same lot as the Oswald token. I have not been able to find another example, unlisted in Tokencatalog.  |
