Silver/nickel alloy. MACO # 1977-168. Struck in 3 inch and 1-3/4 inch versions. MACO's archives indicate there were 2 OBV and 2 REV created. Example below is 1-3/4" .    According to the Washington Post, Quote:

 Plenty of them on ebay, jbuck. I snagged the one above as it was complete w/ box and flyer. Mine is the 1-3/4" version. " Even a clock that's stopped is right twice a day. "
