1970-P LMC Extra And Wavy Roof Lines

I have found 2 of these almost identical 1970-P, same extra roof line on right hand corner, same letter, data doubling, etc. At first thinking Strike Doubling but noticed the letter corners and the rounded 0 in date. Thoughts?

MD on reverse, Die Deterioration obverse, notice how the stretching is to the outside on the edge devices.
