Coins go from UNC to CIR due to wear. The area above the Chief's head with the heavy scratches also appears to have the luster rubbed off. The same could be said about the cheek area. The luster being rubbed off should be considered circulation rub. The mouth area on the coin also appears to have post mint damage. The coin also had glue applied. The date area is also damaged. the coin shows heavy scratches. At what point should this coin go to circulated? Report this Post to the Staff
