Just realized this kinda dime diameter burn into this 1991 P quarter... can be a vending machine or any other possibility of being a wrong metal?

A coin on top protected yours from environmental damages, some substance stained over both, leaving a clear area on yours.

Hi CrazybO!

IT could be... but look at the right after the dark shadow.. it begins again... coincidence 2 dimes do that? these coin was saved with other quearters maybe was before I found it..!
