The first coin is normal With Post Strike Damage (hits, dings, scratches, etc). The second coin has a legitimate error on the reverse. It's a Lamination.

I cant tell what you are looking at with the 1975,
But there is a Reverse Delamination for the 55 D

Not sure on the 1975, but the 1955 has a nice lamination Error on Reverse!
