Got this Morgan about a week ago, but haven't been on-site until now. She's another filler, but fits well with all the rest of my circulated Morgans which will range anywhere from AG to MS - still lacking 8 to completion. Ralph

Thanks Harry. Happy to see you decided to join the forum - been here a couple of years myself, and I can't put a price on the knowledge I've garnered from the other members. They're knowledgable, courteous, and just a nice bunch of folks - I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay. Got an 1895-S Morgan (same shape as the last two I posted). I should have it in my hot little hands sometime in the early part of the coming week. I'll post scans when it comes in. Again - welcome abord.
Ralph

I've seriously been neglecting this thread... I've picked up so much stuff since my last post on here I don't know where to start...
Maybe the most exciting bits... My favorite local coin store is going out of business. The owner is moving to Flordia. He's gradually liquidating his inventory. This week he's pulled out his Lincoln boxes and slashed the prices... Practically giving stuff away.
1909 AU $3 1910 VF $.60 29 P VF $.15 (x2) 31 D - AU Brown - $3 34 P EF $.05 38 P MS64 Brown $.10 38 D MS65 Brown $1 (x2) 38 D MS65 Red/Brown $1 39 D MS63 Brown $.20 39 D AU $.20 39 S AU $.10
And then a whole slew of 65 Reds for $.10 each 37 P (MS60) 47 D x2 50 P 51 P 51 D 51 S 53 D x2 55 D x2 55 S 56 P
I need to brush up on my Lincoln prices as I know he's got quite a few more amazing coins hidden away in the 6 boxes of 2x2's he's got out right now.

Oh, springcypress, I'd love to shop his close-out deals ;) Been picking up pre-82 Canadian nickels for face at a local shop. And a highly corroded 188_ Shield nickel for 33 cents. Wouldn't it be something if it was an 1880 or 1881?

I won a very nice, well-worn 1879-CC Morgan on ebay. It appears to be a no-problem G-04 and in fact is a close match for the two Morgans posted by Ralph recently. Considering the PCGS price list shows this as a $175 coin I think I got a good deal for just under $70.
