Hi guys,

I have this 1989 P Roosevelt dime and notice some metal clumps on the reverse and would like to know what this is. Could this be from a worn die?

Looks to me like a late die state.
IMO the reverse die is reaching the end of its life.

Extreme die flow lines on this coin. Not an error.
