I have a 1880 S Morgan dollar with some brownish toning. Looks semi proof like. Its hard to see because of the toning, but I believe it is VAM 11. It is in a Gen 1.2 PCGS holder with a 108XXXX Serial Number. Any guesses on a grade and if its worth resubmitting or keeping in the holder?

Can't see the surface details well enough to grade.

Just uploaded a couple more pics. Maybe the surface can be seen a little better. It's hard to get decent pictures with this brown toning and it being in a holder still. The fingerprints do drive me crazy. There is the major one on the obverse and a slight one on the reverse over the LAR in Dollar.

VAM-11 looks correct. The toning may be hiding some marks, but I'd guess MS-63. Not sure it would be worth resubmitting unless it's undergraded or you want it attributed.

Kind of cool to have an interesting VAM in a Gen 1.2 Holder. PCGS graded it at MS 65 back then and pictures definitely don't do it any justice. Looks way better in hand than I can capture on pictures. I will just hold onto it as is. Thank you everyone for your input!
