What type of Ike is it?

The ugly type. Oh...never mind, they're all ugly.

Sorry, couldn't resist a little joke.

Seriously, congrats if you've indeed found the scarce one. I know they're tough to find.

christian_cyclist, I'm going to sat Type 2 as well. I have one that I purchased from coppernickeldaddy and I sent it off to ANACS, and from what I can see, the earths match up. If it's a P mint, you have a good find there.

So ANACS actually put the type number on the slab? That is good to know.

ANACS has always been one of the best about how they label the coins. Good and consistent. I have NEVER been very impressed with the top-two, and well...nobody else exists, really.

I'm sure Coppercoins can appreciate this Ike struck on a cent planchet (part of an indent error)
