Hello,

I have a quick question. Is the 1989 Koala considered an independent bullion round or an government sanctioned issue like a Lunar? Here is the Koala I mention I'd purchased a few days earlier. Lovely coin either way.

Hi Ben....all issues from the New Queensland Mint are not legal tender of Australia....

In 1989 I bought some of these from my local bank in Indiana-
Kyra does your bank still have any of these?
My came from Lake City Bank in Warsaw
