The edges look a bit strange as well.

This one is well above my pay grade. I wonder what @mikediamond would say about it.

I would agree with Spence, well above my pay grade.... I do think at this point that the frog is correct in a major Greaser, not a capped die and the coin may have been in a bezel for a time. Look forward to what sharper folks have to say. Cool coin though, Alonzowick90.

Here is a better picture of the date, it's almost impossible to get the right picture but it is 1995 for sure, what I'm not 100% sure if it's a D or S mint mark but definitely either or because of the small uprise of copper near the average MM location.

I am only guessing but I do think it was in a bezel with enamel painted design then some sort of acid used to remove paint.

I agree with the above about the bezel, but am wondering whether or not a wire wheel (Dremel?) was used on the front.

It weighs 2.50gr so that would not be possible. Acid would burn the zinc and take some weight off.

I don't think it's posible to remove the whole obverse design without manipulating the weight, 2 options. A major Greaser wouldn't manipulate weight neither a strike error of some sort.

If an S wouldn't the reverse look like a proof strike then?
