Is This Double Die? 1890 O Morgan Silver Dollar.

I need some assistance on figuring out if this is a VAM.

Looks to be doubling on some of the one dollar and on the Mint mark ( O ), also United States of America.

It is doubling but the wrong kind. That is worthless Machine Doubling, not a Doubled Die.
Also FYI, you can't have a DD on the mint mark as they were hand punched.
