When I first saw this coin I thought it might have had some damage.
Under the loup/scope it shows a different story.
I thought it might be wear. could be intentional wear?
Any ideas? I may be wrong, light strike/cud. Could be a test coin for coin pressure impression strike?

It's a Greaser. It's an error coin. Nice example.

I agree, it's a Greaser, and it appears to have some Stike Doubling, as well.

With all that, there's a touch of obverse Die Deterioration as well.
