Yes, lamination issues and some circulation damage. Also, evidence of a minor obverse misaligned die.

Very cool find! You don't see nearly as many lams during the memorial series as you do the wheaties. Very peculiar what is going on at the rim in the date area and the corresponding reverse area above ICA of AMERICA. It almost looks like a light clip on the reverse and Rim Fin on the obverse, quite odd....
