1920-D Mercury Dime，doubled Die Obverse / DDO Or Strike Doubling？

But if take a look at the wing area, there is kind of doubling thing.so it is DDO or strike doubling#65311; I have checked it on the Variety Vista and nothing found,and in this coin can't find any sign of DDO in letters or date,so I will choose the Strike Doubling or anything else.How do you guys think? If you do not find an EXACT match (every picture per entry shown must match), then you have a non-collectible form of cdoubling like Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling.
