Filled MM On Proofs/Now With Pictures

I am certain the dime has a repunched mm and all the coins have filled mm's. The cent was struck thru a small wire right above the 19 of the date as well. my questions are, is a filled mintmark anything more than a minor error or variety and if I am correct on the rpm, and the wire, do these together add any value to the set?
