Coin Of 1609 To Identify

THanks to everybody for the identification . I believe that the two identification are right as Rethel is situated at the border of the Ardennes , not far from Charleville .The 'Principaute d'Arches' has been created by CharlesIII duke of Nevers and Rethel ,when he founded the city of Charleville ( named after himself : city of Charles ).
I also believe that Krause uses the name of Nevers-Rethel in his catalogue and others use the name Arches-Charleville . What is your opinion ?
