BIEs are catalogued and yours looks like an earlier stage of the LDB45-1953-001 listed here: http://cuds-on-coins.com/ii-f-multi...f-die-break/ If none of that makes sense, follow the link and explore the site. The designations and numbers tell what part of LIBERTY is affected by die chips/breaks. It may be worth sending to JC Stevens to have attributed. It looks like the listing I mentioned, but not exactly. You may be able to attach your name to a new listing on the site.
