I have been selling a few Canadian coins in Canada over the last few days and ebay seems to have raised their prices from 10% to 10.5%, eg. an item that sells for 9.99, will have final value fees of $1.05, not $1.00.

Has anyone else noticed this/having this happen?

They still list it as 10% final value fee on the site.

I think I figured it out 5% GST on fees.

That's right. ebay.ca changed their 'location' from Switzerland a bit back and started charging GST/HST.
