Help To Identify Coin - Possible 1739 German State (Id: 1739 Hamm 3 Pfennig)

I was given four coins of questionable identification. I have search several places and ended up here. After reading several posts, I'm confident that you people will be able to help me. This is the first one.
I was told it may be a German State coin from 1739, but no idea how accurate that is.

It is indeed a coin from a German State: this coin has been issued by the City of Hamm (Stadt Hamm).
It is in Krause as German States/Hamm/3 pfennig KM#75. The year is indeed 1739.
