Hello to all. I need advice on this quarter I found and was literally the last coin to fall out of my coin jar. Its gorgous and its golden tone made it standout rightaway. Didnt think much of it until upon close inspection of georgie boys portrait I realized 1: his nose has a beautiful crack that comes out the nostril and goes up the nose in the form of a letter F. 2: the ponytail has a crack perfectly placed where the hair is tied. I read these errors are common on these dates and all but I would like to get opinions on whether this coin can go the distance 1st in grading and most importantly do u guys think it can go the distance at auction?

to the CCF, Th1sguy24!
A die crack would have to be spectacular to have a numismatic premium. Unfortunately, while these are interesting, they do not rise to that level. You can keep it as a nice example or liberate it back into the wild for another collector to find.

To CCF! In my opinion, this one is just a spender.

Minor cracks are fairly common and not considered errors. Spend it.

I'm entirely sure why you posted that exact image 4 times unless you had taken 4 different images but used the same file name.
You cannot reuse the same file name on the same day as the new image will overwrite the older one.
so I removed 3 of the 4 identical images from your post.

Your asking if it should be graded seems to indicate, like so many others, you have been misled by internet information/channels about the way grading companies actually work. Please see the following on this forum so you don't end up losing money like so very many people do. This is why there are so very many coins in slabs that are not worth the cost spent to grade them.
