I have this yr 2000 $1 Coin, Very Sadly it isn't the one I want..But anyway the Lettering is not clear at all, I was wondering if this was a actual error, or maybe just a Badly Worn Coin

i keep all my 2000 dollar coins,
50% look the same, some have more shine, but always poor details.
