Look at the holes at 12 o'clock on the reverse. Indictative of being cast.

I would say 1st coin is Ok genuine
but the 2nd coin is a cast just as Bacchus2 stated look at the holes bubbles at 12 oclock on both sides so a cast job.

Early Russian ruble coins struck before 1750s are generally expensive. You will not get it any cheaper than 500 dollars unless damaged or extremely lucky or a counterfeit.
