Even without the apparent luster, I do see the breaks in the fields which would indicate some sort of wear. Without putting a numerical grade on it, I think this is a mid-AU coin. Whether it's been cleaned is up for debate, it's tough to tell from these pics.

I'm torn between "typical New Orleans strike" and "a little bit of wear." The toning - and the halos around the left obverse stars - tend to indicate a coin recovering from a cleaning.

AU53 details/polished (not dipped) is my best guess.

I'm seeing it as an AU 55 perhaps over dipped at least with these pics.
