Hey all,

Well the coin bug bit me once again . Now I want to try my hand with a batch or so of uncleaned ancient coins from ebay and see what turns up.

Any members here have a reputable source on ebay?

If you PM me, I can point you in the right direction. Of course, I sometimes have uncleaned coins for sale and id like to think I'm reputable (none listed right now, but I have some waiting for sale).

I don't know any reputable sellers of 'uncleaned' coins on ebay - not a single one.
over the past 2 weeks I have actually visited, in person, 2 of the largest sellers of 'uncleaned' Roman coins on ebay and both are an absolute waste of time. If you want 100 percent genuine coins that are uncleaned you will need to dig them up yourself. Ben can sell you some, as can most others that post here, but if you are after 100 percent uncleaned and unsorted coins there are only 2 genuine places to buy from.
You will never soar like an eagle if you hang around with turkeys.....
