Found this 1976 d penny but looks like it was restruck with an s and the brim is different like it was struck both sides. Would like an opinion. Thanks.

What do you meant hit.? On the mint mark or the brim of coin.?

If the mint mark not error , what about the brim of coin?

I'm not one of the experts here. I do think you might want to relax a bit. Those all caps are pretty harsh.

What they mean by "a hit" is that the coin has most likely suffered Post Mint Damage ( PMD). Like I said, I'm no expert but from what I have seen, I haven't become aware of any "brim error" having added value to a coin although something called collar clashing can be used as a die marker for genuine error coins. That being said, I've not seen any collar clash like that.
