shadz Pillar of the Community 1325 Posts	Posted 09/23/2015 3:59 pm I would get more use out of a stick of chewing gum (does it still come in sticks?) than a 1973 dime unless the plating was about half an inch. If you want an oddity, then do like I did when I found the Obama 2008 half that was gold-plated and had some "painting" on it. clean it of the dirt (painting) and just look at a weird gold looking coin that is prettier than the SAC/NA/Pre$ coins. They tend to turn an ugly brown like one of those hollow easter rabbits found in the floor of your car, melted, at new years. Report this Post to the Staff
