Here is a 1913D type 2 that I recovered by soaking in vinegar.

Yesterday turned up nothing for nickels, but today was good. 1940 and 41, a 1987 20 pence (to add to the two 5p I found in my dimes today), and my first War Nickel find - a 43-S. I'll have pictures up at the end of the week.

Dumped a box of pennies today, so I had extra on hand to pick up nickels and dimes. So out of 15 rolls of nickels searched today, another War Nickel enters my collection - 1945-P. Also pulled out a 1939. I don't think it's a doubled Monticello, though.

Here's my update:
Didn't search on Tuesday cause I went gambling instead, made 220 dollars in 4 hours on the roulette table HOORAY!!
Yesterdays boxes of nickels were.... well absolutely the worst boxes of nickels I have ever pulled....

Between both boxes I pulled:
8 1938-1955 nickels(All common dates and mint marks)
1 2009p
1 2009d
and about 95%-97% 2013 nickels YUCK lol

Todays boxes made up for it with:
5 War Nickels
1 2009p
3 2009d
37 1938-1955 including 3 1942d type 1 nickels
4 oddballs:2 canadians 1 20 pence 1 euro nickel
1989p nickel in uncirculated condition(full steps on reverse)

Pulled average on the pennies yesterday and today

Get used to it. I respect your energy and initiative but there is no way you can make a living searching boxes of nickels and pennies.
