Idk if the picture does it much justice but on the outside of the 3 I can see anither 3 stamped.. Is this common or rare gents?

This is the same type of die deteriation you asked about yesterday and coop answered you in great detail with examples-did you look at the replies after you asked the question?

yes, the 3 is doubled but not the collectible kid.. if you look at the 3 it is similar to the 1955 poor man's doubled die which is not actually a doubled die but Die Deterioration also
