Is it a crack by the T in Liberty? I can get a better picture if this one doesn't help.

Many years ago now, I bought a partial roll of BU 1923 Mercury dimes, and many of them had a similar die crack in about the same position ... Is the OP's coin dated 1923?

Should have specified. It's 1941 S Mercury dime.
