The edge pic (third in the OP) shows the reeding following the depression up and in. I don't see how that could happen in a Mint error. It may be an ejector problem where coin got hung up in collar/ejector/feeder finger of a second coin incompletely seated. Most likely it was squeezed and flipped/drug across some type of machinery other than die press. Report this Post to the Staff
