I got this coin a few months ago for Lissa's Toned Quarter collection. It's TOUGH to get a good photo of because of the glare but do you think it's a Cameo proof? and what would you grade it?

Thanks in advance,
Blair

Nice cameo proof with toning . Looks like obverse is sprinkled with dust and lint .

Cameo. Get a can of compressed air and blow all that lint off the coin.
