I cannot remove the cover off of the coin but the pictures are very accurate.

Just wondering the grade and price.

Not rare at all in low grades like yours happens to be in. VG8 and worth about 15$ wholesale if you were to sell it. Should cost you about 20$ retail to buy one just like it at a show or shop.

I'd say VG-10. Agree with @westernsky about the price.

I have a VF20, I paid $16. I'd pass on it unless it's under melt value or you just fill the need to fill a hole like I did. IMHO E-bay is loaded with them.
