The coin looks cleaned - very cleaned. Details wise, it's easily AU, but with the cleaning, I wouldn't pay more than VF money for it.

Too many nice mid-grade examples already available in NGC or PCGS plastic - why bother with a dog? There is really nothing attractive about that coin to me.

Furthermore, the seller is breaking ebay rules by assigning a numerical grade to a raw coin. If he wants to lie and call it Choice BU, that's fine. A lie, but one that follows ebay rules.

I've reported it to ebay for listing violation - fat chance they'll do anything - he is a Piwerscrewer, after all... But MS63 it aint.

Nothing wrong with giving it a grade in the description.
