Medals/Tokens Found In My Grandpa's Collection (Id: Various Exhibition And School Medals)

In the same little box were what looks to me like some old lead balls/bullets. Any idea what these are? Report this Post to the Staff

I've collected exhibiton medals for 20 years and never seen this one before. It may be that they are common in Australia but my hunch says probably not. I plan on keeping and passing along my grandfathers stuff to my kids, but sorting through and figuring out what is special to the collection world versus simply for family interest is always a blast, no matter the area of collecting!
