The only bit of the reverse legend is "MVNI" at the bottom; all this tells you is it's from a Latin-speaking colony ("municipium" = Latin for "city"). Which did help narrow down the search...
I believe the second one is indeed Caracalla, from the Roman colony of Stobi, Macedonia. The coins from this mint are notoriously variable in design, but I believe the obverse is much the same as
this one, while the reverse is similar to
this one, Hades dragging Persephone off to the underworld in his chariot.
